Well, the pictures were too much and Sunday I decided to have a little treat.

This is just the way I like it. Nice cut of beef tenderloin with roast potatoes, peas, fried onions and the outrageously good Devils Steak Sauce all washed down with half a bottle of red.

That steak looks a tad rare for me as i prefer a medium cook but each to their own.

There's a Japanese meal where there is steamed rice with beef on top with a raw egg (forgot the actual name) but it is one of my favourite meals.

lol, Aunt Bessie was turned away at immigration. In Japan you have to peel your potatoes

Chilli - OMG those T-Bones look good ! I haven't had a T-Bone since 2003, and that was one of the best steaks I've ever had.

- wish they did cost me that, went down very nicely last night with few glasses of red.
Cooked them in a hickory smoked sauce with a teaspoon of tabasco added for a kick served with fresh garden peas & pesto coated potato wedges

I met Hyrev last night and took delivery of my order.

Two monsterous Angus T-Bones and an Angus Poterhouse

Not only same day delivery, but you can't argue with the prices on Base either You should go into business mate

I feel a light lunch coming on this Saturday....
