Won't the R35 be restricted to 112mph?

Also over on SXOC a member from the Isle of Man posted about Top Gear having the mountain road closed off and a convoy of a R35, 911 and a Merc were spotted heading away the next day.

i thought the restriction applied to japanese ones only (and that the earlier ones at least from what i'm reading can be derestricted)
