Thanks for all the advice guys its now a the Nissan dealer as the car is still under a 6 months warranty from the garage i bought it from so they will be footing the bill will post the findings when i find out more

quick update garage check car over timing AFM coil packs etc turned out to be 2 bad plugs so full set of new plugs and happy days
