Hmmm, I don't know, it say Nissan high performance tour when I log on, why can't I see that status for Nordschleife (Nürburgring)? Cannot I change that data anymore? I would actually like to change the date...

The link supplied above is for the high performance tour not the test drive

the correct address is GT-R Events 2008

Yes and it might not mention Nurburgring by name, just a discreet "N" for Nurburgring dates.

Got my written confirmation and Race Academy card. Happy now!

When did you get the written confirmation?
Everything I have is an e-mail confirmation and that's all.
And I have already bought the plane ticket and am about to book the hotel...

The Dorint is a very nice, modern hotel and does indeed overlook the start finish straight of the Grand Prix circuit which we will be using part of.
Therefore you will not only be able to see the GT-Rs from your balcony but you should be able to see quite a few corners "live" from your in-room TV as they have live feeds from round the circuit!

However, the "real" Nurburgring, the one everyone raves about and tests on and is 14 miles long, is adjacent to the GP circuit (they can even be joined together for certain races).

That one, the Nordschleife (German for North Loop,is open to the public on Sunday and Monday afternoon and is the reason a lot of us are going on the 15th.
