I hope you've bought a banner to trade on here Nick.

Because the mobile number on here: Nissan Skyline R32, R33 & R34, GTR, GTSt cars and parts, Japanese Imports .: Xtreme Motors :.

looks very similar to yours.

Unless you'd like to try and argue that having 4 Skylines for sale and having another 13 sales under your belt constitutes "private sale"?

Oh yes so busted guys! (feels like I'm at school again!!!)

Actually I used to sell Skylines about 4 years ago part time, I sold about 15 in total and owned 4 or 5 of my own cars over the couple of years I was importing them. My old Jap devil website is an old website and all of the cars on there were sold more than 4 years ago roughly. I was never a professional trader then just very good at website design (Web design agency uk, web site design agency uk - Website Design Berkshire UK and Web Design Berkshire, web site design Berkshire Javlin Ltd) which was main main business at the time.

I am also tagged as a trader on Auto trader because apparently they can't get rid of the tag unless you use a different phone number according to their customer service person!

This is my private car, it is the ONLY car I've owned for about 3 years and can provide the V5 as proof if the moderators of this forum would like to check it. I have also asked my hosting company to re-direct my old domain just to avoid any further confusion.

I forgot how friendly some people can be on these forums. It's a shame people have to point the finger before asking isn't it? Keep up the community Jim you're going a great job....

Thanks
Nick

Apologies for the typo in the ad as well it's actually an R34 GTT...

If anyone would like some pics please just e-mail me and I'd be happy to oblige: nick@javlin.net

The car also has my personal plate on the car which will have to come off before I can release the car to the new owner.

Price to fellow GTR forum users is £500 off the listed price. These normally sell for around £7k minimum but moving house so need a quick sale unfortunately

Many thanks
Nick

Nick - thanks for the PM asking for a public apology but I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Look at it this way - it's your own car but you get the most basic thing wrong, calling it a GTS-t when in fact it's a GTT. Your advert is the usual complete lack of effort that Joe Bloggs trader uses when he just spams forums with his for sale ads (hint - most people expect a car to have adjustable seats so stating it in your ad makes it look like you've just copied and pasted from spec list you found on the internet somewhere), can't be arsed posting photos, and "HSK"?? - I think maybe you mean HKS? It all sounds soooo familiar from other traders who come on here and try to flog cars when they aren't really enthusiasts.

Plus with several different e-mail address tagged to your mobile number, only 11 posts under your belt (including the three on this thread) and a simple google search bringing up your (now defunct?) trading website where you sell nothing but Skylines...

...what did you expect?

Apologies to mods for threadcrapping, if that's what this constitutes. But sorry Nick - as the man says "if it looks like ****, and it smells like ****, then it's probably ****". Too much info points to you being a trader and nothing other than your insistence otherwise points the other way.

By the way, as for "pointing the finger" and "keeping up the community" - if you made the effort to be part of the community in the first place before slapping up a half-baked advert I'd never have said anything. Yes, this is an online community and the For Sale section is for the benefit of MEMBERS of that community to advertise their cars and other stuff. It's not a free-for-all advertising notice board for any Tom, Dick and Harry to slap their ads on. Go use Loot or Gumtree if that's what you want.
