You would want dual entry fuel rail and probably 680cc+ injectors.
720cc would be ideal.

But 600bhp is the edge of what a single fuel pump will provide. I am trying to go for a bit more and it looks like I will need to run 2 intake pump in order to supply the fuel.
this is true.
but i have a greddy fuel press gauge installed after the fpr and even in high boost i never lose fuel press.

but as i said i would advise bigger injectors.

as i said before i run 646hp at the fly and i only have a single 280l pump, 600cc injectors and a sard fpr. my fuel press is high in the whole powerband, and my afr is very rich even in high boost mode.

the mapper has set my rev limiter @ 7200 because of lack of injector efficiency. i could raise it to 8000 but i would be worried as i have 2.7l displacement and "only" an n1 oil pump.

is there any risk of over pressure if you used say, a 280lph pump in the tank, then running to a collector and a external 330lph+ pump... i know its WAY over what i need, but it will give room for more power, and will be run at "less stress" ? do i have the right idea?

Thnx guys n gals

Light-R: That sounds about right. That is pretty good that you are getting 646 bhp out of 600cc injectors and a single pump. I got the same problem at the same power with the single 280l/h fuel pump and 680cc injectors.

For 600bhp, a single 280l/h pump will be fine... Just the edge of it, but fine.
Like I said, any more, even if it is 50bhp, you will need a twin pump setup.
