As far as i'm aware mate all garrett ball bearing turbo's require a 1mm oil restrictor.

TurboByGarrett.com - FAQ's
0.040" I think this is about 0.8mm .

I have 1.0mm ones on my HT2510´s , and seems like the turbos use a little bit of oil .
It depends on oil pressure . As I have pretty high pressure I probably need smaller .
I now make the restrictors with 0.8mm instead of 1.0mm .
ATP versions are also 0.8mm .

Basically all you need to remember is every .1mm = 004" so .8mm = 032"
(yes yes I no its really 039" but its easier to remember)
