Dealer's mark-ups

Hi mates!
I am a GTR enthusiast from US. There have been lots of frastration here regarding whole GTR ordering process. You may know that US-spec GTR's are due this summer/fall. The majority of cars are pre-sold but some are not. So when we call different Nissan dealers they quote the price with mark-ups of $10-25K over suggested retail price. And Nissan USA can do nothing about it.
What was the experience in UK? Are there dealer's mark-ups or the car will cost exact suggested retail price (MSRP)? Thanks for responce

In europe the dealers are not allowed to sell over retailprice,in case of the GTR they are not even allowed to sell with discount iirc.

But you do get them for $30k less than in the UK, so you probably won't get too much sympathy!

I dont look for sympathy just for info.
The price you paying (57-60K pounds), does it include sales tax or is it extra? If extra, how much is it? What's the final out the door price with everything included in it?
Thanks

Black edition (which is the range topper) is £57400 fully inc of all taxes - the only extra since beginning of June is £1400 for the Ultimate Silver paint.

The US dollar equivalent is double the figures above.

About the price of GTR in UK and rest of Europe- I feel bad for you guys, really. I think when Nissan execs got together to put the price tags around the world they probably decided to price it just below the closest competition. In Europe it is 911 turbo for over $ 100k (the pricetags of other exotics are way higher). In US there is Z06 for under $80k. If in US they priced it close to UK sticker, many potential buyers who could go either way would opt for Z06. It does not matter that GTR better than Z06. Dont forget that very few here had a slightest idea what Nissan GTR was until it recently hit car magazines. The word "Skyline" means little even to car enthusiasts. So in order to market it in US it HAS to be cheaper than Z06.
Please dont hate us here because we have an affordable supercar for the masses. Hate european carmakers for not being able to deliver a supercar for a reasonable price. That's the reason for GTR price for you being $ 30k more than for us.
