I have a few properties going up for sale at the moment this one is a four floor conversion period property(1884-1886 Build). You will own the free hold and three of the four flats 1 is currently sold. They are are under construction at the moment.
Property is currently a four bed maisonette front garden rear garden and complete refurd carried out in 1994 to include new wiring, roof, brick work plumbing and plaster.

conversion low maintenance property with great investment potential.

Location: bedfordshire, CBD area

I have very low rental void periods and am selling for a good reason.
