if you crash or damage the car while having VDC off the warrenty will be void. if you are using it for a drag race and something f*cks up then they will make you pay for it so yea down to the individual users for this one. Your discretion as long as something bad doesnt happen.

I think the VDC issue here is being confused.

If you crash ANY car under warranty the repairs are not paid for by the manufacturer just because it was during the warranty period. Clealry that is an issue for the insurance company.

Nissan's stance on VDC during warranty is very clearly due to protection of such items as the transmission, gearbox etc. The VDC has obviously been designed to both protect the driver AND protect the car's components from excess stress.

That is why VDC is required to be on full time.

Where does Nissan deliver that black/gold color scheme?
Here in Europe, we can get the black edition which has black/red color scheme (I ordered that one). Are any other color schemes (I have to say that I've heared for this black/gold for the first time now...
Rgds

charles charlie you 100% right here, my mistake i meant if something goes wrong in the car then the warrenty could be void via the 'black box' tracker.

this right?

Quite possible.

The final say in the warranty issue may well be your HPC so keeping well in with them is a must!
