Hesitation 2500-3000rpm cold. R33GTR

I get a hesitation when driving immediately after start up and cold. It probably lasts anything from a few hundred yards to a quarter of a mile. It's very minor and only between 2500ish- 3000ish rpm.
Looking at my Greddy infometer when it occurs, I have good AFM voltages, good injector durations, coolant temp is fine, but the ignition timing is retarded to 13-14 degrees, its always more advanced than that when everything is hunky dory.

As I say, it's very minor, but I notice it and I don't like it and I wonder if it may become worse in winter since it is slightly worse(or maybe just lasts a bit longer) in cold weather.

Seems strange to me that its retarding the ignition that way.

Ideas/thoughts please?

Dean
