Silverstone Classic (dialup death)

A small selection from what was an amazing event,a bit expensive to get in, but considering it was sit in any grandstand you liked and the pits were open it was worth it, first time in 3 years I was shooting at Silverstone without a media pass so excuse some of the odd crops. The main reason I went was for the Group C racing so thats why theres a few more photos of them, but everything else was simply amazing, I think my ears still hurt from the 70's/80's F1 cars

Id rather see this than the likes of the Nismo/Toyota festivals as the cars were RACING and not driving and in the Nissans cases winning the David Leslie Memorial race (the #83 Unisia RC90) and setting a few fastest laps (the #97 From A R90-CK).

Fantastic Pics!

Bet you had a great time! Would love to see those older Group C cars. So much more "personality" in them than the new Le Mans prototype cars etc. that they use nowadays... well IMO.

Awesome pics, Sadly I was relegated to watching this on the TV. But all the while it was still good viewing.
