me, ti@go and an evo friend

hope tiago doesnt mind me putting our new pics.

enjoy guys

this last one is for you guys to give me an oppinion about this mod. it has nothing to do with the looks, but with the cooling. if i can see an increase of time needed to get to high oil temps its a win for me. waiting for the next track day to see for sure.
i installed 4 new longer screws and shimmed them to increase the height. i also removed the rubber strip that fits on the end of the engine bay. i can say that when stationary i can feel lots more heat coming out of the rear of the bonnet.

Amazing pics mate

As for the the hood i think that the looks are still great in my opinion.

Have you noticed a decrease of the temperatures?
If so i will bother you for you lend me a hand to do the same thing to my hood

Are you going to this weekend track day?

Cheers

no worries. of course ill help you. just make sure you get longer screws as i have run out of them and loads of washers.

as i said in another thread, i didnt notice anything yet. the temperatures will be the same but will take longer to reach them (if it really works).

this track day i will be working so i cant go. but hopefully will be able to attend to the next one.

take care my friend

you know you will eventually.

i personally hope it works, because it gets scary above 250km/h.

as the back of the hood is no longer supported by the firewall, and its sole support are the 4 screws and the front part.

i need to install a gt wing on the hood to help it downforce.=)

too bad my n1 ducts are now something like "ghetto fixes" because of the paint.

i managed to fix an exhaust leak also....
