How is it effecting people? Be nice to hear peoples views and oppinions on this.

I am looking to buy a 3.5 tonne van, but as I read it, they will get clobbered by the tax from sept 2010.

Are there any work arounds or loop holes? I cannot affort to buy a new van.. It really is one of Kens worst change in the name of green tax!

From 2002, vans between 1.2 and 3.5 tonnes had to be euro 3 compliant, so as long as you're not getting something older than that shouldn't you be okay?

If you PM me with an e-mail adress I have a 16 page compliance guide I can e-mail you.
