Master cylinder - what substitute? R32GTR
Hi guys
My brake master cylinder is totally shot. I am struggling to find the same part to replace it with. is there another master cylinder that could be used as an easy substitute? i have access to parts for most Nissan models but just not the GTR i.e. Sunny, Maxima, NA Skylines up to R30, Sylvia, 300zx. What are my options? |

just had my r32 gtr bmc upgraded to an r33 gtr one (BM57? will double check later, 1 1/16"). seems like nissan made it so that bmc swaps are quite easy, from here:
s13 brake master cyl w/ nissan 4pot calipers [Archive] - PerformanceForums Project SILLBEER: Brake Master Cylinder upgrade looks like you need to look for a nissan(or third party make) bmc in rhd with correct number of ports (abs or non) and a BM number (and size ") equivalent or higher than the stock one, pref. from a similar chassis layout ie 240sx, 300zx.
