Mmmh, for Belgium, a full insurance cover (damage, theft, fire) is much more expensive than the one I've got for my Mazda RX8.

They take in account the value of the car and the power to make the calculation (both over twice the power and value of the RX8).

I vas at 1200€/year for my RX8. My insurance company quoted me around 2600€/year for the GTR.

One of the GTR buyers in Netherlands is an insurance broker. He has together with Nissan put together a special GTR insurance. Cost is supposed to be under 200 Euro a month. No no claim bonus or penalties for accidents. Uptill 3 years from delivery you will get a new GTR if it gets stolen or you total it. Alarm supplied by Nissan is accpeted. No parking in garage needed. Pretty decent package. Need to check if this company is reliable enough and re-insured decently. If so I'm in!
