I`ve just checked my Pay pal account and think I have found why he asks for 6 weeks delivery time. I think you only have 45 days to make a claim.I think it`s too late now to make a claim through Pay Pal. I have no idea how to post a link on the Canada forum. Can anyone help.

if your paypal is linked to your credit card, you may be able to claim under the consumer credit act

I was offered the same oil cooler greedy ( if i remember correctly ) but didn't like his approach so declined (sorry to hear the news.) Credit card may help on refund contact asap you may need to push your case.

I sent him a pm on gtr canada, saying were is my stuff and also said there are guys also waiting on stuff, asked him about the tracking numbers and then he replied, exscuss me I have sent the stuff its not my fault the post office gets things wrong, anyway its not my problem, he also said I think I am getting scammed here, then I replied with, how can 3 members scam you when 1 lives north of the country 1 lives in the middle of the country and one lives at the bottom of the country, its not possible, I sent him a few words to express my feelings, I have put a claim in with paypal before the 45 days and they have said because he has emptied his account there is not much they can do. I have spoke to the modarater on the gtr canada site and he is getting back to me, it looking really bad guys

and maybe the post office has misplaced a load of items that came from canada

but how can he loose all the tracking numbers

and why aint he came back on here in about 2 weeks ???

I understand how you feel mate but to lose all 3 tracking numbers is bull, then he said to me there is no tracking numbers, don't feel bad on starting this mate, just remember its how hard earned cash that we are not getting back, its not like it was easy to get hold of him anyway.
