Thats the difference. You need to swap around the 1 and 120 signals. If you look at a wiring diagram for an R33 ECU, and R34 ECU you will see they come in on different pins. Swapped pins.

I have swapped them back and forth on cars with different combinations.

I will have to find my notes, and put them up one day. I have a lot of GT-R notes. Lots of things people don't have on the interweb.

You will have to use the R34 CAS with R34 Cams, because the drive is different. You will simply have to swap the pins on the plug.

I've never done it, but I don't think it's rocket science, looking at the wiring diagram and having repinned quite a number of things on cars.

But tyndago will confirm that, I think.

Thats what I think. Maybe you can do a search on here? There are quite a few people on here that drive R34 Engines in R33 Chassis, maybe you could ask some of them. I think Moleman and Hodgie have R34 engines.. But I could be wrong.

You can swap cams and cas. If you want you can put the R33 exhaust cam in and use the R33 CAS if you want in the R34 engine. Just need to check the valve clearance.

The plugs are the same, the wiring is different.
