SO WHAT!? They are the kind of people who were involved in 20/12, are murderers, terrorists...just sick sick people and some of the most dangerous people around.

Who really gives a shit if they "feel uncomfortable"...they are in prison ffs it's not ment to be a nice place!

your in prison for doing something illegal - deal with the squalor(sp) living conditions then when you get out, might think "hey, wont do that again, ill get a job and try and make the most of my life"

Another subject that makes my blood boil. They have a better standard of living than some people who work. 3 squares a day and sky tv in their cell, wtf is that all about. These human rights campaigners wanna find something a bit more constructive to do with their time.

IMO prison should be made to be as uncomfortable as possible, this is supposed to be a punishment ffs.

We need to out-source our prisons. I truly believe that if we did a deal with the Ruskies to build some large prisons in Siberia where we could send all the murderers and sex offenders, then our problems with crime would reduce. We should also then improve the UK prisons to force education on the inmates (with lesser crimes) so they can be put back into circulation more effectively.

was reading an article in maxim years ago about a prison in, i think, russia. all inmates are butt naked and chained to another inmate 24/7, cells are run down and disgusting. in my opinion, what people need.
the only thing about it is i would feel really bad for someone like tony martin who went to prison for killing one of the scum that robbed his home!
