New to the Forum with a few questions!!!

Hi guys

I'm currently looking for a GTR R-34, But finding one in midnight purple is the biggest head ache since when i was looking for a mint Escort Cosworth.

Can anyone tell me what the big difference between midnight purple 1, 2 and 3 are?

I've been told that 2 and 3 have a flip in the paint work which is something i don't really care for. I like solid colours.

If i was to respray the car in Midnight Purple 1, How much would i be looking at to get the a Fully resprayed into Midnight Purple from a different colour?

Cheers guys

Hi and welcome . .

There are indeed 3 different types of MP.
The first MP is the most natural, being MP without flip paint.
The other colors are diffcult to discribe, but they have indeed a flip paint effect.
Do a search on the forum for the MPII +III.

Respraying an entire car (in quality) to an MP like color, would cost you around 3k probably if the job is done perectly. MP with effects is a bit more expensive next to a regular color like white.

It doesn't make sense to look out for one of only a few hundred limited MPIIIs, if you don't care about the MPIII effect, then just get an MP an you will save a few grands.

Regards

Chris
