in Korea, they do the ring thing very intelligently - the girl doesn't get the diamond until AFTER she says "I do"
![]() congratulations, and I hope your missus is as understanding about cars as mine is!! True love is when you blow your engine and she comforts you, telling you don't worry, we'll make a new engine ![]() |

argh, I HATE Korean dramas!! The typical Korean wife would have left me long ago (after what, the 2nd rebuild?)...my wife is weird for a Korean, she actually loves me more than my money and lets me spend it.
She even hasn't asked me for a multi-thousand dollar handbag in...NINE MONTHS!!! (unheard of for Koreans!!) ![]() I'm stereotyping of course but I'm on my toes, she's pregnant...after the baby comes, will she be as forgiving with the GT-R?? ![]() A message for the ladies: there is good reason to let your man fully indulge in the GT-R obsession. A man so obsessed spends so much time and money on the car that there is no time for excessive drinking at the pub, no time or money or energy or even dreams of dalliances with young women, all that energy focused on our, uh, "hobby" makes us good loyal husbands. My wife often jokes that she's only in trouble if HKS starts making a beer, or if I meet a young lady named "Nismo" ![]() |

CONGRATULATIONS!
All the best to you and the future wife, we got married last year. My wife is asian whereas i am half English half mauritian so our cultures are a little different. Marriage is great as long as the woman is understanding to your hobbies etc. Stick to it and all shall be fruitfull and happy. |
