Speed - the smart thing to do is to take a train to Yokohama station - and take a taxi from there. Otherwise, it'll cost a lot and the taxi driver may not be too keen on going to Daikoku. (or, even better, I think Sakuragi-cho station might be even closer?)
Take a printed out map so you can point to it, too. Tell him it's "Daikoku Futo P.A." otherwise he'll get confused (P.A. = parking area). For the way back - I'm sure you can find someone nice enough to catch a ride back to Tokyo - so long as you know the trains stop running if you are too late.
