WANTED! R33 GTR steering rack bushes

Hi,

Just failed MOT this morning because "offside front steering rack insecure". Apparently it needs new bushes.

Anybody know where I can get some from?

I tried Abbey but they, nor their suppliers, have got any in the country. Looking at getting some from Japan at the moment.

Looking for Nissan or Nismo parts, but not a rock hard poly bush.

Thanks in advance
Tim

Rare as rocking hose droppings! Nobody has any!!!

Does anybody know if these are generic parts or if one from a gts/32/34/200sx/300z/micra etc... will fit. Is it specific fit to GTR?

For clarification I have attached a picture of my steering rack bush in question.

Anybody know if these will fit? Solid Metal Steering Rack Bushes They only list 32/33 gts, probably because nobody drifts a gtr. These are a last resort really, especially at £85

Thanks in advance
Tim

seen this problem several times, the bush from memory is about £15 the mount that holds the rack that side does work lose, it may be worth trying to tighten it up, if the rack still moves put a thin piece of rubber between the bush and the mount, it should be enough to get it through the test
