Hey wonder guys can help me here.
I got an R32 GTR and its got Tien Suspension on it but i dnt knw which one it is, so gona get guy to look at it on Thursday to see which one it is.

Im looking for a new set as these ones are so hard n bounces like anything any tiny cracks on the road you feel it proper n makes u need a wee every 10mins when driving lol

I looking for a nice ride and performance kit so what would you suggest?

If the kit came with the car from Japan it is possible that the spring rates will be quite harsh. If you look at the rear shock there is a tein sticker on there this will give you the model type and if you take a wheel off there should be a code on the spring giving spring rate.

As for changing coil overs that depends on what you want from you car or what you intend to use it for?

The Tein super street is quite comfy on UK roads but wont give the same performance on track as there higher budget kit's.

Hope that helps a bit

Yes Tein Super Streets are a good compromise, I have them on mine now and it sounds like you have the same as I had, Japanese Tein HA, good suspension but a tad on the harsh side in this country.
