Unhappy Imported/early released GTR35 models.

This might be a one off (hope it is) and i dont want to scare you guys but theres a chap in America whos GTR35 has gone bang. Basically the oil pump supplying oil to the transmission box has failed causing some nastiness and a whole lot of pain and time on Nissans behalf! Just thought id throw up a warning to get those gauges on your MFD and pay attention to the readings. Perhaps even swap oil pumps now when the newer models come out. anyway, thought id try circulate the info abit just in case..

any other news or info anyone kno0ws about would be greatly appreciated.

Its good we are getting cars later, as it gives time for all the faults to be ironed out, we shall get better cars than the rest of the world

The gearbox now has an uprated oil pump - this has been the case for around 3 months and older cars have had a recall to have the pump changed (assuming its not an unauthorised import in which case get your wallet ready).
