Which fuel pump for 650 hp?

Hoping to run about 650 hp.
Any suggestion on fuel pump and regulator?

Hello Peter

I'm nearly there. The clutch is on the way. Once I have my pump
then it'll just be the turbo.
I'm hoping to do what you did to me at Rockingham-- you
overtook me like I was stationary. (LOL)
Which would you choose from T78, T517z and PE1520TR ?

No chance James, it'll take more than 100 bhp!!

With regard to blowers, I would always stick with twins myself, that's only a personal preference, just seems to be right for the RB in a spiritual kind of way! I would speak to Guy, Henry and Tim@SVS about the T517s as they have or had them on their cars..... If I were upgrading myself at the moment, I would probably look to Apexi or HKS.

The standard uprated fuel pump sold by the tuners on this board will flow 270 litres an hour at 3 bar fuel pressure.

The 270 litre / hr pump also flows enough to just about cope with HKS 680cc injectors at 90% duty cycle with 2 bar turbo boost.

The above is sufficient to provide more than 650BHP.

many thanks Hugh.

Will be going for Nismo.

Peter, I think even if I had 300 hp more, I wiil still not overtake
you being the novice that I am. I just hope I can learn and
improve.
