Fecking wheelie bin not emptied again

I'm so p*issed of with these toss w*nk bone idle Sh*ites who empty our bins.

Bin wasn't on pavement, but 6 feet up our drive to stop it getting in the way of us backing out.

They could F*ucking well see it and just coudn't be arsed getting it.

I pay massive F*cking taxes and community charge and tax on this and tax on that and F*ckin work my B*ollox off for this Sh*te t*rd government and I can't even get my bin emptied.

I wouldn't mind, but the damn thing isn't really big enough to last 5 of us a fortnight, but the jobsworth w*nker from the council offices, who incidentally is an illiterate piece of scum, said we don't qualify for a bigger one or an extra one.

This isn't the first time either, on one occasion they only half emptied it cos they couldn't be arsed shaking it using their 100 grand refuse truck that does everything for them. A phone call to county hall, illicits the same response, "nothing we can do"

I bet they would get off their arses and do something I I stopped paying council tax. But it wouldn't be empty my bins, it would be chuck me in jail.

B*RSTARDS

They soon come out and clean it up lol

I knocked one of them over earlier in the week. I was on my morning run, he pretended to ignore me and went for the bin.... BANG. Sorry, don't stop when I'm running, did nobody tell you?

Our council do that too us all the time, a house of 4 and i am always having to put extra bags out. One time they take it, the next they leave everything, then they just empty the bin!!

And with a new born leaving a bin for 4 weeks is not nice so we end up having to drive it all to the tip otherwise our house is atracks flys like $H!T

Quite simply if they checked every bin to see if it needs emptying six foot up a driveway their round would take maybe twice as long. The law says edge of curtilege, so I'm afraid it is your responsibility to put it there.

It's harsh, but with some 400 bins to empty in about 4 hours, they haven't got time to see if you really meant to put it at the end of the drive and just forgot, or if actually you don't need it emptying today thanks because you've been away.

I remember when they'd come round the back of the house to get it. Now 6 yards is too far.

Yep, They used to carry them too if you recall, No matter the weight...

Just up the road from my old garage was a 90 year old woman, Who spent ages dragging her bin to the road (terrace house so had to go past 3 others) only to find later the bin wasnt emptied and a note attached saying it was too heavy.... WTF?

both my black and recycle bin are by the front door. Bin men wont empty them unless I move them a fraction of an inch forward...I mean they are both at the front on the drive....easy!

Are you for real? Course it needs emptying, that's why it's at the front of my house looking nasty. I don't leave the damn thing there all the time, and neither does anyone else on my street. It's so bloody obvious that they couldn't be arsed. Maybe I should leave the thing stuck on the footpath permanently eh?

Yes I am for real. They don't have time to work out the vagueries of where you are placing a bin for what. If it's not at the boundary then it's not!

There's always one shining knight to defend the many people who don't do their jobs properly..
Listen to what I say, "The bin was at the front of the house, not the 50 feet down my drive. No one on my street keeps their bins at the front of their houses. It was obviously there to be emptied"

I'm not talking the 'N' th degree here. Do you really think it would have been so much effort to get my wheelie bin ? No, I don't think so. But someone somewhere has given them a "get out clause" if it's not next to the road then you don't have to bother doing your job.
I get truly P*ssed off with this attitude. I say if you don't wanna do the job, jack it in and go n do something that you do want to do.

I wonder how long it would be before everything came grinding to a halt if we all stuck rigidly to every rule that we could use to our advantage to avoid work.

Can't you see a pattern here ? It's even been in national press/TV etc about how poor the refuse service is in this country. If it were private enterprise, they would be out of business. It's not though is it? It's a local authority run shambles, paid for by a captive audience.

Anyway, I suspect that you will want the last word, so over to you, I'm done here.
