please help
ok here goes i brought a skyline gts 1994 with gtr bodykit two weeks ago the cars great but it has no catalytic converter fot the m,o,t so i booked it into the garage for one but the guy has told me that because the car is an import and pre 1996 it doesnt need one????is this true anybody please help i dont want to waste any money putting it in for an m,o,t just for if to fail.

Dont be so hasty, Just take it for a test and see what happens, If you take it a few weeks before the test is due then you have time to sort it out if it does fail... That way you wont be off the road.
IIRC you can take them up to 4 weeks before the expiry date on the old test. |
