Fuji Speedway > Friday 5, 2008

Heading up to Fuji for a couple NS-4 practice sessions tomorrow. Dino will be coming along and if anyone can make it out just say so.

And sorry for the late update here. Just decided to make the trek the other day. New car and all

Adam

Well it turned out to be an awesome day. Not a hint of rain and not to hot either. Dino and I did two sessions in total with 15 minutes each of seat time.

New machine, an S14 Silvia Type S. This is an NA model and has several suspension upgrades and motor parts too. Car is lacking a diff that's for sure and will have to score one soon enough.

Few photos below of our ventures.

Yokohama Auto Gallery demo vehicle. Car has to be the nicest track queen ive ever come across.

Thumbs up

The trusty S14 & SR20DE prove that you don't need much to have a blast on track. I had a lot of fun trying to drive as smoothly as possible, only real let down was the lack of LSD, but it looks like Adam will look into that. I really can't believe those tiny brakes took such a beating and never let us down! What ever those pads are I want a set!

Merc kept on locking up the front brakes. Proportion valve was not set up or ? Endless 33 was in the cantina. Looks as if it was just refinished.
