R33 GTR Vspec Midnight Purple - £8,250 ovno

1995 R33 GTR Vspec in Midnight Purple
Mileage - 84,000 (104 on clock less 20 on conversion from Kmph)
Priced to sell - £8250 ovno.
Relisted due to potential buyer finance difficulties

NB - priced low as I have an R34 at a great price and the car stood me at £17k 6 years ago, not because it's a duffer - it's superb, ask anyone in the club who's seen it in the flesh!!

This is a very sensibly and lightly modified car suitable for every day, track work or as a project for anyone who wants more

Modifications include:

Engine:

R34 turbo's - less than 20k on them - running about 0.7 - 0.9 for safety & longevity
HKS power flo air filters
RB Motorsport oil cooler
Splitfire coil packs (fitted less than 12 months ago)

Exhaust:
Trust downpipes
Decat pipe (decat kept for MOT etc)
HKS exhaust + custom made stainless back pipe

Brakes:
DBA grooved front brake discs
Braided brake hoses
Brake master cylinder stopper
Dot 5 1 brake fluid + Ferrodo pads

Suspension:
Tein Super Street with top mounts
EDFC (in cockpit) damper control

Wheels & tyres:
Street use - Axis 19" deep polished dish with Gold Spokes + Toyo 275/35/19 tyres - all with 75% tread

Inside:
Full leather refit in black with purple stripe + roof lining
Custom mats
Custom rear parcel shelf
Nismo gear knob
Nismo steering wheel hub
Aftermarket steering wheel
MP3 player + Pioneer speakers in front & rear (nothing too lary!)

Bodywork:
Nismo bonnet lip
LED rear lights NOW red
Smoked side repeaters & front indicators
Colour coded lower splitter
Full "top up" (i.e. in original colour, but not inside engine bay) respray in 2006/7

Thatcham 1 alarm & RAC Trackstar

Things to be aware of:
some chips to front of car and crakced paintwork on lower splitter (can be repaired for you if felt important)
Usual Skyline synchro crunch if very quick change at very high revs - only had it at Bruntinghtorpe at 125-140 mph - but never in every day use
Used on track BUT looked after and NEVER let me down.

Maintained by local garage + RB Motorsport - for an annual onceover and anything mildly complicated (i.e. suspension, oil coller, brake upgrades etc).

All paperwork and invoices + service histroy available

Recently fitted new Exedy single plate clutch.

PM me for questions etc - or post here, I'm easy

Ladies & gents - no offence, but please, no silly offers or part ex.

A quick look through autotrader will show you this is £1k less than anything else (and they're not that good!). I want the car gone by xmas, but I'm not desperate.

Thanks

Buyer is collecting Sunday - after which I will close the thread and if he wishes, he can introduce himself to you all

cleethorpes - I have ignored your post on my original thread as this is the same car, resold after the first buyer had to pull out.

Cannot thank Ian enough for all his patience and help with the sale of this beautiful car. Waiting the best part of a month since I sent a very small deposit and then meeting me half way to deliver the car to me in Leeds.

Thanks

Hopefully I'll see you on the track one day

Thanks. I'll introduce myself properly soon. Been nosing around the forum for a few months now before I made the purchase and looks like you're a great bunch of people with good knowledge.

Hopefully a new GTROC member looming for those "track day virgin" offers - £99

Jamie's friend Haydn had to ask me to "let go" as I just kept standing there saying "I'm sure there is something else I need to tell you about" - but I think he was right

Mind you, it was nice to stand next to people saying "ooohh nice car" as it drove past, for a change.

Who was really more upset, you or your wife?

Thanks for looking after it so well. I've taken a day holiday today so I can give it a much needed clean and polish after it travelled from Gateshead to Wolverhampton on Sunday.

Can't stop standing in the street and smiling and admiring it
