Blimey! There's still 1/3 of the year to go until Christmas.
I remember reading an article where some people plan for Christmas after it has just gone. Some people have too much time. Stores should have Christmas stuff in mid October if i was running the country. |

in retail christmas is 6 months of the year! 3 months stocking before hand, 3 months untill all over stock is gone afterwards then buying for the next one comes.
we used to get our trial christmas trees in in july and some of the more gifty types of presents started arriving then christmas cards mid to end september and everything else gradually after that. |

People say do your xmas shopping early and avoid the rush ,well that does not work .Last year I did my xmas shopping a full 12 months before and the shops were just as packed

They do it every year, have you just realised Fuggles?
ASDA are usually the worst, my mam works there and she complains every eyar that they start too early (and ASDA aren't even aloud to have santa's in their shops anymore..., too many religious people complained) |
