When to change Master Thrust Bearing?

I am about to put a new clutch into the car. I've been told that if you don't change the master clutch bearing this can cause the clutch to possibly wear faster or have some sort of negative effect.... do I need to replace this when the clutch goes in. This is my first clutch replacement and the cars only done about 55000km.

Change it, they're so cheap, it's not worth not doing it...

Is there a nissan part number for this or where else can I get one?

Is there anything else I should check/change while the clutch is out?
