New GTR Front Foglights? - GT-R Register - Official Nissan Skyline and GTR Owners Club forum

Hi guys

I have noticed that some of the GTR's are fitted with front LED foglights??

My father-in-law (MadMic) has ordered a Premium edition (UK) and is wondering if his will come with these??

I believe that they are an option and perhaps extra $$.

They are not officially an option in the UK yet, although I understand that Nissan are considering it.

I would imagine they will either be standard or optional in the UK as they have to fit a rear fog light on the UK car.

This is what I was told as well at Silverstone on Saturday, along with all the other options - mats, rear view camera etc etc

Lots of things not decided yet, including the sound of the exhaust

The sound of the exhaust? Tell us a bit more about that.

they are not fog lights. they are day running lights. and totally useless in the fog or in the dark. it's local jap thing. you see most of the taxis here have these lights fitted so in the day time people know they are there. that's the only reason. they don't generate enough light to be used in fog.
