Hicas Removal and general can i also remove?

Im in the middle of removing the hicas on what will be my track/road gtr

ive removed the selenoid hicas thing from the o/s chassi leg
and ill be fitting a Greddy oilfilter/cooler relocation kit

where im putting the filter housing on the inner wing is close to the 2 port boost selanoid

? what is the ballast risistor type thing thats mounted under the boost selanoid do?
as im gonna have to move or remove it

also looking into the low pressure rack side im probley gonna relocate the std powersteering cooler into the N/S innerwing below the headlight
and remove the vanes on the redundant half of the p/s pump and blank the intake and outlet
then i can remove all needless pipeing
can anyone see any problems with that?

im leaving the hicas pipes underfloor as fuel lines as someone suggested on here incase i ever seek more power

im undecided what to do with the aircon as the car came with a near new aircom pump on it
but ill probley remove it

was gonna change the cambelt on it and have sofar snapped a britool and a mac crackbars trying to undo the crank nut
omg its tight

Don't remove it, relocate it, the ballast resistor is for your injector's.
