problem with filling air in tyre

hello all, got a problem.

I went to fill up air in my tyres tonight at local petrol station.
I filled front tyres all ok,rear drivers side everything fine, but pasenger rear doesnt seem to fill up.
when putting the air hose to into the tyre valve it should display what psi is in the tyre but the machine just remained on what psi i set and didnt do anything else.
I tried at another petrol station and same thing. So i am pretty stumped. (the tyre is not flat but just cant get air into it. Any help will help in helping me.

I suggest you take it to a tyre shop to look at replacing the valve - sounds like it is jammed or something... next trick will be for it to jam open and let all the air out!! they aren't expensive either...

Are you sure it was not one of those forecourt pumps that you set at required PSI and it stops automatically. That would mean that the tyre is already at correct PSI. and the others were not . try using a separate pressure guage to check all pressures

Problem solved today. All it was was a little O ring stuck in the valve. probably from the valve cap. Being able to see in daylight does wonders.
