gt2860-5 oil return flange leak!

I have a oil leak from the oil return on my first turbo. Turbos are gt2860-5's and have only had this leak since fitting these 5 days ago.
I have changed the oil return gasket twice now and also changed the flange with a standard nissan replacement with hole's modded to fit gt2860's but still have this bloody leak and it is driving me nuts!

Any suggestions/solutions as to what can be causing this and a possible fix?

I searched and found bits about the flanges are different on gt2860 to stock turbo and first one can have fouling problems or something along them lines.
Removed turbos of mates car and they were fine on his but mines leaking and always the case with me.

Thanks.
