Has any1 any experience/knowledge of these as i'm purchasing parts for my rebuild i've come across these

Also, which to go for without any modification
256 Duration 9.1 Lift or IN:EX 264 Duration 9.1 Lift Thankyou

The max you can go without other supporting mod's, ie; springs lifter's, is the Tomei Poncams 260 duration with 9.15 lift for in and out. These are the best in my opinion. Just change the cam's and everything else is standard.
