HKS 2530 and/or 2540s

Hi

I have a set of 2530s, I say that but my mech is unsure.

The problem we have though is we cant get them to fit onto standard manifolds. The mech is well experienced and has tried lots of different ways to fit them.

The problem seems to be the turbo elbows and hopefully someone can tell me some info about the turbos.
I no 2530's and 2540s are a direct fit to standard RB26 parts but read below......

The elbows are cast HKS items and have the small lambda for a R32. Standard elbows will not bolt up to the rear housing. The front turbo elbow is to close to the rear compressor inlet and this is the problem after alot of messing about.

Anyone have any input about the turbo's or even have a set with cast elbows?

Thanks Baz

The elbows are not identical, one is for the front turbo and the other is for the rear. Mounted my front on the rear and could just no figure out why it did not fit at first until I had a close look see
