Send a message via MSN to Gordy.r
I used to own an MR2 turbo (rev 3) with quite substantial mods, and people kept saying to me "why don't you get a Ferrari kit for it?"

I just replied.... "because it's not a Ferrari!!!"

I've owned a few mr2's and loved them. Why the hell would you wreck a nice looking car by making it look similar to a Ferrari it already has the similar looks in the first place.
I suppose the only reason would be to get any street race you lost over turned by the FIA ;-)

theres nothing worse than being a "wannabe"

that yellow one spent thousands of the body to make it look like a ferrari then spent £500 on the wheels!!

What I never understud with people making Ferrari replica kits for some crappy base cars, is the fact that every one who knows ,how much effort, time, knowledge . .you need to produce such a kit, so why don't they just invest that time to produce a real unique super car bodykit, that actually isn't a copy-replica of an existing car.

That's because I like Veilside with the Fortune kits . .they might have some inspirations, but are just unique on their own. No replica.

I do not get these at all - just plain wrong in every way - particularly the Fiero ones

Ther trouble is it has a negative impact on the real ones as well. I used to get asked if mine was a replica a few years back....

Turn it up to 11. Although that's pretty quiet on my stereo, it goes up to 100.
