WOW. That is one seriously fast bike. You gotta have balls of steel to do over 250mph on 2 wheels.

well, that may just have been the kick in the pants to get my project moving forwards! I'm not planning on running more than 0.5 bar boost at the absolute maximum - I do not have balls of steel!!

Our own UK records are pretty impressive especially the recent Woodbridge one

Also on a turbo Hayabusa Jack Frost ran 248mph with the fairing lowers off and backed it up with another 248mph IN A STANDING MILE

To take another record at Woodbridge Jack had earlier removed ALL of the fairing and ran 221mph.

Jack had made a few changes for the next run which in the same conditions should have seen him safely passed 250mph and closer to 255mph.Alas the rain came and Jack made a run for the ferry back to Ireland.

At the 1/4 mile point he was already doing 173 mph , which is stunning as this bike is no drag racer and Woodbridge no drag strip !!!

He actually hit 248mph in 20.5 seconds from starting

Nice...I recently bought a busa too. Planning on getting a turbokit aswell after I get to know her a little bit better especially in the corners. And I won't go mad on boost as she's my daily commuter
For now 180whp is enough on a daily basis

holy crap.
i had a customer ride up outside my shop once with a 'busa i started talking to him about it and it turned out it was turbo'd.

This was in aylesbury, was a blue and silver one i think, have a picture somewhere. Extended swing arm etc. Cant even imagine what they much feel like to ride! I thought an r6 felt fast!
