Super Silver Discontinued?

Found this on NAGTROC. Can any dealers on here clarify the situation?

You shouldn't believe everything you read on some sites. Every year one colour will be dropped and a new one added. As yet there is no clear word on how this will be done or what colours will be added/deleted and there is no clear statement on whether this will be done en-masse or by markets. If you have ordered a car then it will be available, if you have yet to order then it may be that by the time you get round to doing it some of the options will have changed.

It's a shame that people get limited information and then make a story out of rather than accepting the limited information at face value and waiting for the facts to emerge. But then again I guess some people are happy to do that.

Not saying that I beleive it, just seeking clarification, especially as I have just changed my colour to Super Silver......

Sorry Paul, was not having a dig. But I get fed up with the whole process of..... 'I heard a rumour, so let's make it into a story, then everyone will love me and this website'. Wish people would just stick to facts

i think paul was probably innocently trying to clarify what the facts are. Surely the value of a forum is that it gives people the opportunity to share knowledge and information in their search for facts. If we all had to be entirely certain before placing a post there would be no posts. Let he who has absolute knowledge start the first thread!

Exactly. I understand what Fuggles is saying, but I certainly don't need people to love me or the website. I did think twice about posting this, but the original post on NAGTROC did appear to have several people quoting other US dealers backing up this fact. Maybe they are also jumping on the rumour bandwagon, but that is why I asked for dealer clarification.

Hopefully the facts will appear soon!

I's okay Paul, we don't love you
Wasn't having a pop at you at all I assure you, just the origin of the discussion.

We've not been told anything about the Silver being discontinued. I doubt it is true as it is the signature colour of the car.

Thanks for that. Not sure if I could go through the pain of changing colour again!
