rb26 - how much??

does anyone know what a broken but serviceable RB26 goes for these days??

just trying to price a project up, before taking it on

£1,500 ? ... your not very specific.. Are there turbo's with it/ what turbo's are they, what state of "broken" is it , does it need re-bore and new pistons, or just a gasket leak? this all makes a difference to the value and of course how many miles are on it.

Mite be worth more if you know what's inside it.

well ive got an R33 RB26 bottom end thats spun a bearing (caught early on) also has R34 crank, JE Forged pistons, N1 water pump & N1 oil pump... im looking £400 for it, so that should give you some indication...

Also got full engine wiring loom, ECU, Gearbox etc... if you need some bits for your project...

thats a bloody steal si....400 for that lot, depending on damage that the bearings may have done of course......even so, i sold a block for 250 not that long ago, and this had got forged pistons and pumps with it!

Very interested... Have you had it apart to see the damage? Getting it delivered to mainland might be a problem though
