Spoke to RB today and they said you can adjust the rear camber, so if anybody knows how to or they can steer me in the right direction.

Im sorry you are VERY wrong here my friend....

The Rears can be adjusted as the bolt has a welded ofset spacer on it ( the hole is not in the middle )
The head of the bolt/welded spacer have adjustment marks on it, so you will know what bolt it is. it can adjust +- 5mm i think.
This is the bolt you need to locate:

I knew i should have taken pictures of it, well i have to do that on monday when i get on the lift again.

I live in Preston, RB motorsport told me that you can adjust the rear camber, so if you cant they are the ones that are wrong, are you saying you can adjust it 5mm? any more than that then you need adjustable arms.

Yes more than that and you need to replace them with adjustable arms. But you will be fine for stock if you dont have lowered your car more than 40mm give or take a few.
