Here the first pics i got today of my new car. Its on the ship ready to come over .....i cant wait. Its fully loaded with al available options....i found the white sats a bit wierd tho...i didnt know it had them, ill see how they look in person or just re leather them in bentlry stitched black.

Intereting point. The dealer that i picked it up off has sent a lot over to europe and has said over and over again the usa model has maps for usa canada and europe built in. If it does its happy days!

anyone know wanywhere in the west imdlands or north london where i can gt it serviced as it will be doing 20k plus a year.

hello mate, very nice car, im green with envy.

just north of london in hoddesdon (near hertford) is a garage called TR racing, Rob (tweenierob) and justin are the guys there, they are brilliant and not silly money either. I recommend you use them for your servicing/ and mods. Pm me and ill give you their number.

Interesting if the SatNav does have UK/Europe maps, as we've been told that the first cars lack of SatNav hullabaloo is all because the US/JDM system was old (not halo enough for the "halo" product - don't ya just love marketin types?) and didn't have UK/European maps...

I shall watch this space with interest, indeed.

The maps are only for the US and Canada, not Europe. I tryed a US car at the Ring last week and there was no map for Europe in it.

why did you order a LHD are you not in the UK??

LHD will be more easy to sell in europe i think

Not so sure it will be that easy to register though. No E-marked lamps, windows etc. No warranty. It´s taking a chance the way I see it. Hopefully it works but you never know.
