RWD light help please...

My RWD light keeps coming on whilst driving, after approximately 10 minutes, sometimes more, sometimes less.
We lost some fluid in changing my clutch back in July, which i`ve topped up now to the max level, it was on minimum, but still the same.
I cannot find anything via the search facility that tells me exactly how to read fault codes, except for an LED on the ecu in the boot, but mine doesn`t appear to have any LEDS on either of the 2 units!!?
My car is an R33 GTR (1995)

Any help appreciated as Im dragging the car next sunday and dont want it to be in RWD if possible!!!!

regards

Cliff

Still worring about your light?

Did you not have a 4wd controller fitted to your car that has been disconnected? The controller wiring loom is still spliced into the car wiring loom? Check all connection mate and rip out all the extra crap.

I know those 4wd controllers can wear the pumps put as it you adjust the striaght line control the pump will be in constant use and just wear out quicker.

Cheers Jamie, after posting up I found the link and went to investigate.

Firstly, I started the car up, the RWD light went out as it should, but then came on within 30 seconds.
I read the code - TPS sensor.
I found the ECU under the parcel shelf to be missing 1 nut and hanging/flapping about.
I removed the wiring loom, removed old TSC wiring and remade connections where neccessary, checked all fuses, all ok. Refitted wiring loom and secured ecu with a new bolt, now tight and secured.
Re-started engine and RWD light stays off.
Time will tell and another drive in the car as to whether thats solved the issue, im not convinced myself.

Cheers to Jamie for being on the end of the phone...........again!!!

As long as it stays off long enough for me to launch the car then its no great worry till after the series
