HKS cast manifold for RB25DET - GT-R Register - Official Nissan Skyline and GTR Owners Club forum

Hi guys,

Not sure why I haven't asked here earlier as it seems a lot of stuff seems to be showing up in the UK these days - so I thought I may as well try. I have an R33 GTS25t with a GT30R turbo on it etc and have been running with a stainless low mount manifold which finally cracked and is not pretty.

My whole setup is suited to "stock mount" and I don't particularly feel like changing it all around and I'd rather not put the stock manifold back on unless I have no other options. Does anyone have or anyone aware of any unloved HKS cast manifolds for RB25s drifting around the place, or any nice alternatives?

But yeah he has an RB26 T4 manifold, it won't bolt to either my engine or my manifold.

The HKS Cast manifold actually moves the turbo from the factory side mount location, calling for some modding of the downpipe and front pipe. But its a nice pieced manifold none of the less.

Here's a pic of my manifold just temporarily dummied up on a RB25 engine in a R33 GTS-t chassis. Engine mount clearance is an issue. Turbo is Garrett GT30 / 40 hybrid. Stock wastegate is marginal, i converted the manifold to take a decent Tial 44 mm gate. Stock set up is on used manifold on left.
