please does anyone know anything about hks f-con sz?

Hi everyone, I live in northern Ireland and have recently purchased an hks f-con sz with the correct harness. I know that it is new and has not previously been mapped by anyone since production. I also know that the units are car/model specific. What i dont know though is, is the unit preprogrammed at all from the factory? ie if i plug it in and drive with it, will it offer any advantage to the standard ecu or will it run like a bag of nails and do damage to the car? I'm currently runnin hybrid turbo (1 bar of boost), decat, blitz nur spec exhaust and air filter on a 97 gtst skyline. Some sites say that these units come preprogrammed with stage one mods, eg decat, downpipes, air filter, exhaust etc. I would really really be chuffed if any of you guys could share any advice you would have. Or does anyone have any experience with these units?
thanks for any replies in advance

Wa hoo, first post lol only noticed that now, (the only time that fella posts, is when he's lookin somethin lol)

They come pre-programmed for the usual stage 1 mods, intake/boost controller exhaust etc & you will feel a difference once installed (think your car will feel it more ) compared to the std un mapped ECU you have but I'd still play it safe & have it mapped by a pro so u know everything's well
