I'm an alarm technician for "Toad". I dont have any info, as such, for GT alarms, but i may be able to help !

If you havent solved it yet try calling techtronics. they supply remotes for most alarms & will probably be able to tell you over the phone how to do it
their number is 0161 872 6275

sorry to hijack but i need a new meta systems fob as mine is knackered and its hard to operate the button...will i be able to get a new one?

Same as.
Techtronics do remotes for just about every aftermarket system out there.

My U.K R33 still has the original Cobra alarm and immobiliser. I need to purchase a couple of alarm fobs (remote units) when I purchased the car a few years ago, I was only given the one and that has now given up the ghost, does anybody know where I can get them from?????

Thanks Matt, I'll try and find out if thats doable (reprogramming) otherwise its the Clifford system.
