Thats really bad news mate. I'm surprised an HPC didn't have all the pieces in place to be audited ........ but from my customer view I know my HPC has been devoting oodles of time to ensure they were ready.
In a difficult selling climate it must be hard to balance trying to sell your normal quotas whilst getting ready for a premium product.
