Sadly I definitely won't be able to make the whole weekend, I have to be at York Raceway on Sunday as I am involved with the support and sponsorship of a car that is now making it's first run after a comprehensive rebuild that day and I am expected to put together a photoshoot and follow-up article for our Club magazine, so it's either Saturday or Monday for me.....

So which day would you recommend? I was thinking Monday, I really don't want to miss out on the first ever meet as it is a great opportunity to meet other owners and learn more about our cars.

Depends which is easier but I would have thought if you cant make sunday then sat may be better as cant imagine people staying too late on monday as some are coming quite long distances.

I can't make it but I hope you all have a brilliant time and get loads of pics and video of everything.

The ironic thing is originally I was due to Marshaling at Silverstone on the Saturday and Sunday but had to cancel due to other circumstances, so that would have tied in nicely for the Sunday night and Monday. But maybe next time.

We have nowhere specific that has been set aside but suggest you head for an area where there should be room for all of us. If you explain at the gate they are expecting a group so they should sort us out with an area. I reckon somewhere in the Camp Filed just beyond the Pentagon or maybe the BBQ Field.

Fuggles,

I'm afraid I'm going to have to offer my excuses. Been away for 8 weeks and have a mountain of unfinished DIY to complete, so I am going to dedicate the majority of my Bank Hols. to the cause. I did manage to pick up my GT-R a few days ago and the blatt to Wicksteed was to be part of the run-in prog. but my gaff is upside down and inside out and I need to sort, I am getting severe earache to make my home a home again ;-D

Would love to see your Stagea beasties in the flesh, if not this time then the next, enjoy the meet. Weather's looking hot and sunny. Yaay! Have a guddan !

Get the ball rolling and we could all convoy from different places and meet up en route
Sorry for the late confirmation but I was just waiting to hear about some stuff for work which may have mean't me working tomorow morning but it's sorted thankfully.

I'll be at S. Mimms at 9:30
